Lined Valves
Lined ball valves are specifically designed to hold corrosion-resistant fluoropolymer in place as the valves are used for the toughest fluids of the CPI. We have an extensive range including lined butterfly valves, lined & sleevelined plug valve, tilt disc & ball type check valves, sight glass valves, Sampling Valves, lined globe valve and ceramic lined valves. Lined valves have been extensively used with great success in Chemical plants, Pulp & Paper, Titanium Dioxide Production, Steel Plants and Pharmaceutical industries. The valves provide bubble tight shut-off, low maintenance, leak-proof stem seal and the safety assurance of a blowout-proof stem assembly.
Atomac AKH3 Standard Port Ball valves
Atomac valves provide bubble-tight shutoff, low maintenance, no-leak stem seals, and the safety assurance of a blowout-proof stem assembly. AKH3 has ANSI Body dimensions. Thick liner is 100% spark-tested with 20,000 V, made from highly corrosion-resistant FEP. A variety of metallic and non-metallic ball material options are available. Ductile iron body sections with high strength B7 fasteners are both robust and rigid. B8 bolting is offered as alternate. Email us for more information
Atomac AKH2A Full Port Ball valves
Thick liner is 100% spark-tested with 20,000 V, made from highly corrosion-resistant FEP. A variety of metallic and non-metallic ball material options are available. Lining securely locked into the body by T slots and locking grooves; completely encapsulated ball and stem. PTFE chevron packing provides stem seal integrity while maintaining low turning torque. Anti-blowout stem assembly prevents stem blowout. Universal mounting pad permits easy automation even with the valve in the pipeline. Characterized ball available for throttling applications. Atomac ASG Lined Sight Glass
Atomac Sight Glass offers clear visual inspection from either side. The integrated drip lip with its cast core provides visual flow indication even at low velocity. All internal components other than the glass have the same molded fluorocarbon liners. These are made of either FEP or PFA, depending upon application, and offer both long service life and high corrosion resistance due to the thick, uniform, blowhole-free liner. The liners' non-stick and inert properties are ideal for highly viscous and high purity applications. Borosilicate glass is utilized to withstand high temperatures, mechanical stress and corrosion. ARV2 and ARL Lined Check valves
ARV2 and ARL check valves are fully lined with fluoropolymer resin. No wetted metal parts are used. The valves are immune to most aggressive chemicals and are used in place of expensive exotic alloys such as titanium. The Atomac check valve can be installed either vertically or horizontally, dependent upon application. The full port design offers excellent flow characteristics to minimize pressure loss. The minimum opening pressure required to unseat the ball in the vertical position is 0.07 bar (1 psi). The Solid PTFE Ball has the same properties asthe FEP or PFA lining material.
