Forged Steel Gate, Globe and Check valves
Bonney Forge is a the world leader in forged steel valves. Quality control procedures underlie the entire production process, and Bonney Forge supplies their valves with a total guarantee of perfect operation and reliability. Bonney Forge valves are available in two bonnet designs. The first design is the Bolted Bonnet, with male-female joint, spiral wound gasket, made in F316L/graphite. Ring joint gasket are also available on request. The second design is the welded bonnet, with a threaded and seal welded joint. On request a full penetration welded joint is available.
Bonney Forge Bolted Bonnet Gate Valves
Gate valves serve as efficient stop valves with flow in either direction. They are commonly used where a minimum of pressure drop is important because they offer practically no resistance to flow when fully open. Throttling is not recommended because partially open gate valves exhibit flow characterstics not conducive to accurate and consistent flow control. They function best fully open or fully closed. Bonney Forge Bolted Bonnet Globe Valves
Globe valves are ideal for throttling service. Their flow characteristics permit accurate and repeatable flow control. Avoid extremely close throttling when pressure drop exceeds 20% to prevent noise, vibration and possible damage to valves and piping. Precision-machined surfaces provides controlled compression and positive sealing. Easily adjusted stuffing box. Heat-treated stem. Class 800-2500. Email us for more information
Bonney Forge Bolted Bonnet Check Valves
Check valves prevent reversal of flow through pipe lines. They offer relatively low resistance to flow and are particularly suited to low velocity service. The check valves are available in three different design configurations: piston check, ball check, or swing check designs. Bonney Forge Bellows Sealed Valves
Class 800-2500. Bellows sealed valves are available in all gate or globe design configurations. In bellows sealed valves, conventional gland packing is replaced by a bellows cartridge welded to the valve bonnet and stem. A bellow is a long accordion-like tube. As the valve stem strokes, the bellows expands or compresses with the stroke movement. There are no sliding or rotating seals through which process fluid can pass. Email us for more information

Newco Forged Steel Check Valves
(1) Bolted Cap, Class 150-1500: Spiral wound gasket of stainless steel and flexible graphite with controlled compression. Fully guided disc in lift checks hardfaced seats. No sidewall plug on swing checks. (2) Y-Pattern Welded Bonnet, Class 1500-2500:Seal welded cap. Integral hardfaced seats. Spring loaded piston for positive shut-off. In-line inlet port.
