Expansion Joints
Pacific Hoseflex is an Australian market leader in manufacturing and assembling specialized hose, expansion joints and fittings. Expansion joints are employed in piping systems to absorb different thermal expansion while containing the system pressure. They are successfully used in refineries, chemical plants, fossil and nuclear systems, heating and cooling systems, and cryogenic plants.
Expansion Joints
Pacific Hoseflex expansion joints are best suited for applications involving thermal expansion in piping systems, severe vibration and ground settlement concerns. Metallic Expansion Joints are manufactured to customer requirement to meet specification and are available in stainless steel 304 - 316 – 321, and incoloy 600, 625, 800 & 825. PTFE expansion joints are manufactured in a number of styles to cater for any application, including 2, 3, 5 Convolute PTFE Expansion Joints (PEJ2) (PEJ3) (PEJ5). Rubber Expansion Joints are manufactured in a number of styles to cater for any application, including single sphere (REJ), twin sphere (TREJ) and twin sphere union connection (UTREJ). Teflon-lined Pipe
Pacific Hoseflex Teflon lined pipe is manufactured in a number of styles to cater for any application. It is manufactured in accordance to the standards ISO 9001:2000, type tested products as per ASTMF1545-2003. Pacific Hoseflex Teflon lined pipe is available in various grades of steel including PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF. The pipe is available in sizes from 12 mm to 400 mm internal diameter and is best suited for applications involving high temperatures, aggressive chemical resistance, or anti bacterial contamination.
