Diaphragm & Angle Seat Valves
Particularly suitable for ultra pure to heavily contaminated, liquid and gaseous, inert and corrosive media, dependent on the design. Just as classical control valves, diaphragm valves also have good control characteristics, in particular for contaminated or particulate media.
The major areas of use are processes in the widest range of general industrial applications.
Gemu 2/2-way globe valves pneumatically operated
The Gemu 512 has a robust low maintenance aluminium piston actuator. The Gemu 520 has a low maintenance membrane actuator which can be controlled by inert gaseous media. The valve plug is fixed to the spindle in such a way as to allow flexing during closure in order to ensure tight shut-off. The Gemu 552 can be used in realtively high temperature applications. The Gemu 554 can be used at relatively high temperatures, and has a plastic pneumatic piston actuator and PTFE seat providing reliable operation. The Gemu 550 has a maintenance-free piston actuator and PTFE seat providing reliable operation. The Gemu 514 has a low maintenance aluminium piston actuator. Gemu 2/2-way control valves motorised
The Gemu 548 has a compact electric linear actuator with a motor designed for DC and AC operating voltages. The integrated gear translates the rotary motor movelemt into a linear movement. The actuator is available as an Open/Close version or with an integrated positioner and additional process controller. The GEMU 563/568 has a low maintenance reversible synchronous electric motor. The valve is operated via a reduction gear and spring-loaded cam, ensuring continuous contact between the cam and the valve spindle. Email us for more information
Gemu 3/2-way globe valves pneumatically operated
The Gemu 312/314 pneumatically operated 3/2-way valves have a rugged low maintenance aluminium piston actuator. 312 is flanged, 314 has threaded sockets. The double-sided valve plug is connected to the actuator via a spindle. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life. Suitable for inert liquid and gaseous media.
Gemu 620 Diaphragm valve
The Gemu 620 pneumatically operated 2/2 way diaphragm valve has a low-maintenance metal membrane actuator which can be controlled by inert gaseous media. Particularly suitable for applications requiring high chemical resistance of the valve, eg in water treatment and water decontamination plants, food and luxury food industries, dyeing plants, paper industry.
