DeZURIK AWWA Butterfly Valves
AWWA Butterfly Valves meet the requirements of AWWA C504 standards. They are used for shutoff on clean and dirty water and gases. Offset disc design, corrosion resistant shaft, stainless steel disc edge, and self-compensating shaft seals are features on all DeZURIK AWWA valves. Moulded-in body seat with disc locators provides positive sealing and longer seat life on sizes 80-500mm. Large valves feature adjustable replaceable seat, non-hollow disc structure, and rubber seat retained within a dovetail groove in the valve body and locked in place by an epoxy wedge. Challenger Wafer/Lug butterfly valve
A complete line of butterfly valves in both wafer and full lug configuration to service your H.V.A.C, pneumatic conveying, food & beverage, chemical and bulk handling applications. The close tolerance Double ‘D’ disc/stem connection provides the superior strength of a through shaft design, without the disadvantages associated with designs using disc screws and pins which tend to fail over time through abrasion, corrosion or fatigue. Bray Wafer/Lug Series 20/21 (Sanitary & Chemical Resilient seated)
The Series 20/21 valve surpasses the high standards required in sanitary valve applications, and has unique inherent flow characteristics and capabilities. The unique tongue and groove seat design is resilient, features lower torque than many valves on the market today and provides complete isolation of the flowing media from the body. Bray Wafer/Lug Series 20/21 (PTFE & Elastomer molded discs and seats)
This special line of valves has the specific advantage of PTFE for use in corrosive environments. PTFE is inert to most chemicals at high temperatures and pressures, and has a low coefficient of friction. This line is ideal for use in industries where the media must not contact any organic or metallic materials. The elastomer range of valves are an excellent choice for severely abrasive and chemically erosive applications. The natural ability of the elastomer surface to repel solids prevents in-line particles from damaging the disc, thus greatly extending the life of the valve. Email us for more information

Bray Wafer/Lug Series 30/31 (Resilient Seated)
Bray's Series 30 valve is a wafer version with flange locating holes, and the Series 31 is the companion lug version for dead-end service and other flange requirements.
